Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of inventory/warehouse management experience.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS inventory systems.
• ECOUNT ERP experience highly preferred.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation and physical counts.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP/WMS inventory management in the Taguig distribution center.
• Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and movements.
• Monitor discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Prepare inventory reports for management.
• Develop and implement SOPs for inventory/warehouse processes.
• Supervise warehouse staff and train on procedures.
