Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset essential for accuracy.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across teams.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic warehouse systems (WMS).
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs cycle counts, wall-to-wall inventory counts, and stock verification to ensure accuracy.
• Validates physical inventory against WMS records and investigates discrepancies.
• Applies counting procedures to detect variances and location errors.
• Escalates issues and supports timely investigation and resolution.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and validates transactions.
• Coordinates with Receiving, Putaway, Replenishment, Fulfillment, and Warehouse Ops to verify movements.
• Adheres to inventory control policies and SOPs; identifies improvement opportunities.
• Participates in process improvements and system enhancements.
• Supports onboarding and training as needed.

About the role

You will be responsible for executing inventory control activities that ensure inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and compliance with warehouse operating standards. You will perform physical inventory counts, validate inventory transactions, investigate stock discrepancies, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accurate inventory records and efficient warehouse operations across assigned areas.

Key responsibilities

• Performs cycle counts, wall-to-wall inventory counts, and stock verification activities to ensure inventory accuracy




• Validates physical inventory against WMS records, identifies inventory discrepancies, and supports inventory validation during operational activities and audit exercises




• Applies established inventory counting procedures and validation standards to detect stock variances, location errors, damaged inventory, and other discrepancies




• Escalates issues and supports timely investigation and resolution




• Maintains accurate inventory records and documentation, validates inventory transactions, and assists in resolving inventory discrepancies to uphold inventory integrity




• Coordinates with Receiving, Putaway, Replenishment, Fulfillment, and Warehouse Operations teams to validate inventory movements and resolve inventory issues




• Adheres to inventory control policies and SOPs while identifying opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency




• Participates in process improvement initiatives and supports the implementation of new inventory control practices and system enhancements




• Participates in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives and supports onboarding when required

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field




• At least one (1) year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a related field is preferred
