Job summary

Collaboration with Warehouse and Finance teams is essential to maintain timely, accurate documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years’ related experience, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and careful when working with numbers and data.
• Organized and able to manage multiple documents and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work well with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and encode loading summaries based on warehouse loading documents.
• Check item descriptions and quantities to make sure shipment details are accurate.
• Prepare and consolidate daily finished-goods inventory reports.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Finance & Accounting teams regarding shipment and inventory concerns.
• Keep shipment, inventory, and other related records organized and up to date.
• Make sure required reports and transactions are completed accurately and on time.
