Job summary

OVIALAND INC. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage receiving, storage, and release of materials with precise documentation. You will maintain inventory records, minimize discrepancies, and ensure safe storage, labeling, and handling.

Lead the warehouse team and coordinate daily operations while ensuring timely material availability for projects. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehousing or supply chain operations, strong organizational skills, and willingness to be based in Sta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, SCM, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations experience.
• Experience coordinating with Procurement, Logistics and Construction teams is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination and inventory management skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, and releasing of materials with complete and accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize stock discrepancies.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and secure.
• Lead and coordinate the warehouse team and daily operations.
• Ensure materials are available on time based on project and site requirements.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse reports and coordinate concerns with Purchasing, QC, Logistics, and Site Teams.
• Maintain complete and traceable records for internal and external audits.
• Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
