The role covers safekeeping of warehousing records, coordinating with SAP-related processes, and ensuring safe handling of materials and equipment in a cost-efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory control and accurate documentation.
• Familiarity with SAP issuance and goods receiving processes.
• Ability to organize and optimize storage spaces and stockroom layout.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate and efficient stocks issuance, stocks/returns receiving.
• Ensures inventory records accuracy through prompt and accurate updating of the stock's cards.
• Ensures storage, movement and handling of materials, parts, supplies and equipment are safe and cost-effective.
• Maintains and safekeeps records pertaining to warehousing and logistics activities.
• Ensure inbound and outbound stocks and accessories are documented in accountable forms.
• Reports shortages, excesses, damages and warehouse issues to accounting head.
• Organizes and rearranges stocks to optimize warehouse utilization.
• Coordinates with inventory accounting head-SAP Issuance & Goods receiving and warehouse checker regarding inspection, counting and releasing inbound/outbound stocks and accessories.

Job description

• Ensures accurate and efficient stocks issuance, stocks/returns receiving.

• Ensures inventory records accuracy through prompt and accurate updating of the stock's cards.

• Ensures that storage, movement and handling of materials, parts , supplies and equipment are done in a logical, safe and cost-effective manner.

• Maintains and safe keeps records pertaining to warehousing and logistics activities.

• Ensure all inbound and outbound stocks and o accessories are accurately and properly documented in accountable forms

• Reports immediately to accounting head any shortages, excesses, damages and any warehouse related issues.

• Organize, stocks and rearranges stocks into their proper storage area to optimize warehouse/stockroom utilization.

• Coordinates with inventory accounting head-SAP Issuance & Goods receiving and the warehouse checker regarding the inspection, counting checking , releasing or and action relating to all inbound and outbound stocks an it's accessories.
