Job Objective

• The role ensures proper inventory management, supports order fulfillment, and helps prevent stock discrepancies by conducting regular counts, tracking movements, and updating records in the system.

Duties and Responsibilities

Inventory Monitoring & Recording

• Track incoming and outgoing stocks accurately using the company’s inventory system.

• Record product codes, quantities, and batch/lot numbers for proper traceability.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records.

Stock Replenishment & Control

• Monitor stock levels and report low or critical inventory to the Supervisor.

• Assist in preparing requests for stock replenishment.

• Ensure proper labeling, rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and safe storage of products.

Inventory Audits & Verification

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.

• Reconcile variances between physical stock and system records.

• Assist in investigations of stock discrepancies or losses.

Warehouse & Order Support

• Coordinate with the Warehouse Team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying accuracy of supplier shipments.

• Support dispatch activities by preparing and checking stocks against picklists.

Compliance & Housekeeping

• Follow warehouse safety and inventory handling guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory areas.
