The Warehouse and Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing inventory movement, warehouse documentation, stock monitoring, and logistics coordination. The role ensures accurate inventory records, proper documentation of materials and finished products, and timely coordination of warehouse and logistics activities to support efficient and uninterrupted operations.
Monitor the movement of packaging materials, ingredients, chemicals, and finished products, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation with physical inventory.
Maintain updated inventory records based on withdrawal slips, receiving reports, delivery receipts, packaging summaries, and other relevant documents.
Ensure all received materials and inventory movements are properly documented and that complete supporting documents are submitted to the appropriate departments.
Prepare and submit monthly inventory reports for packaging materials and finished goods for reconciliation and management review.
Coordinate with department heads to verify inventory discrepancies, investigate variances, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Coordinate the timely release, transfer, and delivery of materials and finished products to meet operational requirements and customer commitments.
Monitor logistics schedules and material availability to minimize delays, shortages, and disruptions in operations.
Maintain and organize warehouse records and documents to ensure proper traceability and audit readiness.
Monitor inventory levels of the Palawan Plant and ensure timely reporting of inventory concerns.
Ensure warehouse storage practices comply with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards to prevent loss, damage, or contamination of inventory.
Support regular warehouse inspections and identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and material handling processes.
Coordinate with internal departments, transport providers, delivery partners, and third-party warehouses as necessary to ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations.
