Job summary

STORE ONE INC in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and release of goods, while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

You will manage stock levels, conduct counts, prepare reports, and coordinate with suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries. Strong leadership and documentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and releasing of goods.
• Ensure proper arrangement, storage, and safekeeping of inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports and submit them to management.
• Ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing items.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor deliveries and dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and customers regarding shipments.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse and logistics documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, receiving reports, and transfer documents.
• Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Generate periodic reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and logistics activities.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance as necessary.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and occupational safety standards.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures.
• Investigate and report incidents, damages, and losses.
