Job summary

Aeonprime Land Development Corp. in Cebu City is seeking an experienced Inventory and Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team and optimize stock control across materials and distribution.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accountancy or business, 5+ years of managerial experience in construction, and a track record of implementing inventory systems to improve turnover and accuracy. Willingness to relocate to Cebu City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accountancy or Business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in construction.
• Experience in inventory control, materials, warehouse or distribution; specialization in inventory controls and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of warehouse and inventory clerks.
• Ensure accurate recording of all inventory transactions.
• Oversee inventory management database, including receipt, recording, and delivery of all purchases.
• Ensure warehouse objectives are met: inventory turns, on-hand accuracy, and control of obsolete inventory.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City.

Job description

• Graduate of Accountancy, Business Course or it's equivalent.

• With at least 5 years managerial experience in Construction

• With experience in inventory control, materials, warehouse, and/or field of distribution with a specialization in inventory controls and systems or equivalent in education, training, and/or experience.

• Manage a team of warehouse & Inventory clerks, ensuring compliance with all warehouse processes and procedures. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all inventory transactions.

• Responsible for managing inventory management database, including the receipt, recording, and delivery of all purchased department.

• Ensure all warehousing and inventory control objectives are met, including inventory turn ratios, on-hand accuracy, lowering inventory valuation, and management of obsolete inventory.

• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
