Job summary

Our Clients in Mandaluyong City is seeking an experienced Finance Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, financial controls, and warehouse management across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in warehouse operations or 3PL, with a strong background in inventory analysis, process improvements, cycle counts, and SAP B1.

You will work with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to safeguard assets and drive improvements in stock

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in production management, warehouse operations, or inventory control in FMCG.
• Experience with warehouse companies or 3PL providers specializing in inventory management.
• Strong expertise in inventory analysis, reconciliation, stock variance investigation, and financial inventory controls.
• Hands-on experience using SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, costing, cycle counting, and inventory control best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control strategies to ensure accuracy and reduce variances across warehouses.
• Monitor movements, perform variance analysis, and conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, production, procurement, and finance for valuation and reporting.
• Develop and implement inventory policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Analyze trends, slow-moving stock, aging inventories, and losses with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure timely reconciliation between warehouse and financial systems.
• Oversee cycle counts, stock accuracy, shrinkage control, and KPIs.
• Lead inventory-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop the inventory control team.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, financial inventory controls, and warehouse inventory management across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in warehouse operations, 3PL, or inventory management companies, with a strong background in inventory analysis, process improvement, and financial inventory controls. This role will work closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory integrity, optimize stock movement, and strengthen internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control strategies to ensure inventory accuracy, minimize stock variances, and improve inventory turnover across warehouse operations.
• Monitor inventory movements, conduct variance analysis, and investigate discrepancies through regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Partner with warehouse operations, production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement inventory control policies, SOPs, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze inventory trends, slow-moving stocks, aging inventories, and stock losses, providing actionable recommendations to management.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of inventory records between warehouse operations and financial systems.
• Oversee warehouse inventory performance, including cycle count compliance, stock accuracy, shrinkage control, and inventory KPIs.
• Utilize SAP Business One (SAP B1) to manage inventory transactions, reporting, and system improvements.
• Lead inventory-related projects, process optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage and develop the inventory control team, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in production management, warehouse operations, or inventory control within the FMCG industry.
• Must have experience working with warehouse companies or third-party logistics (3PL) providers specializing in inventory management.
• Strong expertise in inventory analysis, inventory reconciliation, stock variance investigation, and financial inventory controls.
• Hands‑on experience using SAP Business One (SAP B1) is required.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory costing, cycle counting, stock accuracy, and inventory control best practices.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
