Job summary

INSPI Philippine in Metro Manila is seeking a Warehouse and Field Inventory Control Officer to maintain perfect stock accuracy across our retail boutiques and Retail Warehouse.

You will implement inventory SOPs, supervise stock rotation (FIFO), and conduct weekly inventories, investigating discrepancies to improve accuracy. You will collaborate with sales staff, stockmen, and warehouse teams and train store associates on stocking and cycle counting.

Qualifications

• College graduate with 2-3 years of experience in retail/warehouse inventory.
• Head Office-based but will do field work weekly at retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve inventory control systems and SOPs across all branches and warehouse.
• Supervise stock rotation (FIFO) to ensure freshness and quality.
• Perform weekly/monthly inventories and investigate discrepancies to improve accuracy.

Role Overview

The Warehouse and Field Inventory Control Officer maintains perfect stock accuracy for both our fast-growing fashion boutiques and Retail Warehouse. Makes sure both Retail Stores and Retail Warehouse compliant with Inventory SOP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Inventory Management
  • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve inventory control systems and SOPs across all Retail Branches and Retail Warehouse
  • Supervise stock rotation procedures (e.g., first-in, first-out) to ensure product freshness and quality both in Warehouse and Stores
  • Monitor and ensure all item movement is properly encoded in the system and standard operating procedures are followed.
• 2. Auditing & Reconciling Audit and Reconciliation
  • Perform weekly and monthly physical inventories to verify on-hand balances.
  • Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Check all inbound/outbound deliveries to ensure item quantity and barcode accuracy are correct
• 3. Cross-Functional Support
  • Collaborate with sales staff/stockman/WH staff to quickly locate products for customers.
  • Train store associates on proper stocking, inventory processes, and cycle counting procedures.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Staff on daily operations, special projects and process improvements.
