Job summary

Robert Brown Wear Inc. is seeking an Inventory Controller to oversee stock storage and accuracy, collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor, and ensure timely stock replenishment from procurement. The role requires leadership to guide a team and strong knowledge of inventory systems.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in a similar role, experience with SAP/Oracle/ERP, and proficiency in Excel. On-site work in Bulacan, Philippines, Monday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in inventory management, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven Inventory Controller experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
• Excellent leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP software and Excel.
• Willing to work onsite Monday–Saturday 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist warehouse supervisor in receiving, storage, pick/pack, dispatch, and returns.
• Supervise and guide subordinates in daily tasks.
• Maintain updated files and records.
• Monitor stock levels and alert procurement when needed.
• Ensure stock accuracy via regular stock checks and audits.
• Track stock movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain stock records and movements.
• Report stock status and issues to management.
• Manage inventory of warehouse and operating supplies.
• Perform duties assigned by supervisor as needed.

Job description

An Inventory Controller oversee the storage, maintenance of stocks within a business or organization. He is responsible for ensuring that the inventory system is accurate and up to date, as well as ensuring that stock levels are maintained at an optimum level. Ensure that stocks is stored securely and that any discrepancies in the inventory system are investigated and resolved. Also, monitor stock levels and inform the relevant department when stock needs replenishing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist and support Warehouse Supervisor in warehouse operations from receiving, storage, pick and pack, dispatching and returns
• Supervise and guide all subordinates in performing their day to day task
• Ensures that all files and records are available and updated
• Monitor stock levels and report pre-alert to procurement when needed
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular stock checks and audits
• Keep track of stock movements and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of stock and stock movements
• Report stock status and any issues to management
• Manages inventory of warehouse and other operating supplies;
• Performs duties assigned by immediate head from time to time

Qualifications:

• A graduate of a 4-year degree in a field related to inventory management or supply chain management or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years proven experience as a Inventory Controller or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, and inventory management systems.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with inventory management software (e.g. ERP, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operation experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
• Amenable to work Monday to Saturday; 8am to 5pm ONSITE
