Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. in Davao seeks a Lead Generation Agent (Outbound) to join our full-time team. You will identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, build rapport with prospects, and generate high-quality leads for our sales pipeline.

You will work with CRM systems, maintain detailed notes, and strive to meet daily and weekly lead generation targets while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education a plus.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently with high motivation and discipline.

Responsibilities

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Lead Generation Agents (Outbound) to join our dynamic team at Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. in Davao. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calling campaigns. As a Lead Generation Agent, you will be the voice of our organisation, building relationships with prospects and generating high-quality leads that fuel our sales pipeline. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our sales teams and the growth of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers following a structured script and campaign guidelines
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospects who match our target customer profile
• Gather relevant information about prospect needs, interests, and pain points
• Present compelling value propositions and explain how our products or services address customer requirements
• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team with detailed notes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and lead generation quotas
• Follow compliance regulations and company policies during all customer interactions
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer objections, and lead quality
• Continuously work to improve call techniques, conversion rates, and customer engagement

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is a plus
• With or Without BPO Experience
• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service roles
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice
• Strong listening and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with prospects
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining high motivation and discipline
• Resilience and positive attitude when facing rejection or difficult calls
• Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Target-driven mindset with a genuine desire to meet and exceed performance goals
• Flexibility to work shift-based schedules if required
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in a contact centre or BPO environment is advantageous
