Job summary

RVD FOOD GROUP is seeking an enthusiastic Waitress to join our dynamic team at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure patrons' satisfaction.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments, keep the area clean, and support the team during peak service. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected. Salary Php 755 w/ SC and TIP. Deployment location: BGC.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry.
• Friendly and professional demeanour with strong communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage cash transactions.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are searching for an enthusiastic Waitress to join our dynamic team at the RVD FOOD GROUP' for our restaurant located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued patrons.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers to the restaurant in a friendly and professional manner

2. Taking customer orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen in a timely fashion

3. Serving food and drinks to customers, ensuring proper presentation and quality

4. Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns or issues

5. Maintaining a clean and organised work area, restocking supplies as needed

6. Assisting with the preparation of the dining area before and after service

7. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
