Job summary

PARK VIEW HOTEL PTE LTD in Santo Niño, Nueva Ecija, is seeking a friendly and efficient Food & Beverage Service Attendant to greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service.

You will work closely with kitchen and service staff, maintain hygiene standards, and assist with opening/closing duties. Prioritizing guest satisfaction and teamwork will be essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve orders promptly.
• Set up and clear tables before, during and after service.
• Wash and clean cups, glasses and other service items when required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and replenishing beverages, condiments and other F&B supplies when required.
• Ensure the dining and service areas are clean, tidy and properly maintained.
• Attend to guests’ requests and enquiries promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain good hygiene and follow food safety standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
