Job summary

We’re opening a new bakery/café and looking for a Waiter/Waitress to serve our guests with a smile and give them an excellent dining experience. Great for an experienced F&B or café crew member, or a fresh graduate ready to start a career in food service.

Core Responsibilities

• Welcome guests: Greet guests warmly, show them to their tables, and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive.

• Take orders accurately: Present the menu, answer questions, and suggest popular items and daily specials. Double-check each order to avoid mistakes.

• Serve with care: Deliver food and drinks promptly, check in on guests during their meal, and handle requests or concerns politely.

• Keep the dining area clean: Clear and reset tables, keep the floor and service stations tidy, and make sure supplies are stocked.

• Support the kitchen: Help with light food prep, plating, and takeaway packing during busy periods.

• Handle payments and queries: Respond to customer questions and help process orders and bills correctly.

• Help open and close: Assist with daily opening and closing routines, following company procedures and food safety and hygiene standards.
