RVD FOOD GROUP is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Food Attendant to join our hospitality team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This full-time position emphasizes delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of professionalism and courtesy in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding food safety standards and accurate POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar waitstaff role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic numeracy for handling payments.
• Physical stamina to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service protocols.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them at appropriate tables promptly.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen/bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and answer guest inquiries.
• Clear and reset tables between service periods to maintain cleanliness.
• Handle payments accurately using POS systems.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns courteously.
• Monitor table availability to optimise seating and turnover.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with side work and dining area preparation.
