About the Role

ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative is seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join our hospitality team in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Waiter, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing attentive service, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role is essential to maintaining the reputation and success of our venue within the competitive hospitality and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon their arrival, providing menus and directing them to their tables

• Present menu options and provide recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring correct orders are delivered to the correct tables

• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or requests promptly

• Clear tables between courses and after meals, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards

• Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and provide accurate receipts

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pricing to answer guest questions accurately

• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times to ensure guest health and safety

• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations

• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed

• Proven experience as a Waiter or in a similar front-of-house hospitality role
