Job summary

You will support APU managers, organize weekly VPS activities, conduct audits, and drive implementation of VPS strategies to achieve lean reporting and higher quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Familiar with VPS concepts and process improvement principles.
• Ability to coach teams in VPS methodologies and tools.
• Experience organizing VPS workshops and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coach APU members on VPS tools and methodologies through OJT.
• Organize weekly APU VPS committee and record minutes.
• Audit VPS deployment within the APU and track actions.
• Lead workshops and implement improvement proposals.
• Promote VPS principles across projects and teams.
