Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional team within the APU.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and cost targets (SQCDM).
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly meetings; manage appraisals and career development.
• Propose layout changes and budget proposals; manage the APU budget and resources.
• Support new projects during industrialization and start-ups.
• Ensure continuous improvement and timely escalation of issues.
