Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at the San Luis Potosi site. The role focuses on enforcing safety, organizing training, and ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.

You will drive QRQC, 5 WHYs analyses, and TPM initiatives to improve equipment availability and process reliability. Responsibilities include daily management of attendance, holidays, and performance, conducting annual appraisals, and guiding continuous improvement actions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance teams in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety rules and LOTO procedures.
• Experience training and inducting new staff and temps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance team to meet KPI targets.
• Enforce health, safety, environmental and site rules.
• Plan and assign preventive maintenance and tasks.
• Coach team on QRQC, 5 WHYs, red tags and TPM practices.
• Conduct annual appraisals and salary reviews.
• Promote Valeo 5 axes and improvement initiatives.
