Qualifications

• Proficient in PLC programming and electrical/pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with Lean Process Design methodologies (IProM).
• Ability to analyze operating/stoppage modes of equipment and apply standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and create specifications.
• Support ramp-up of new equipment and automation projects.
• Improve equipment performance (QCDM) and cycle-time optimization.
• Link PLC hardware to MES and handle error codes.
