Qualifications

Understanding end-to-end trade lifecycle for equities, ETFs, and mutual funds.
Hands-on Python automation for data processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
Proficiency in Excel for reconciliations, trackers, and break analysis.
Operational risk and controls mindset with audit readiness.
Ability to develop practical solutions reducing risk and manual effort.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior escalation point for high-impact trade breaks and settlement fails.
Own operational risk management and controls for the process with evidence standards.
Manage stakeholder communications and service levels with clear status updates.
Lead the team through coaching and coverage planning for business continuity.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce manual effort and recurring issues.
