Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Philippines seeks a Trade Operations Lead to guide day-to-day delivery, resilience, and control outcomes for a trade operations coverage team. You will set priorities, manage escalations, and partner with internal stakeholders to provide timely updates and strong issue governance.

You will coach the team, drive continuous improvements to reduce operational risk, and help ensure accurate reconciliations across equities, ETFs, and mutual funds.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end trade lifecycle for equities, ETFs, and mutual funds.
• Hands-on Python automation for data processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong operational risk and controls mindset with audit readiness.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams to higher quality and consistency.
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication under time-sensitive conditions.
• Experience driving process improvements in operations.

Responsibilities
