Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for assigned processes or entities
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure adherence to GAAP, internal accounting policies, and regulatory requirements
• Directly manage, coach, and develop accounting staff
• Own execution of key internal controls and drive timely remediation of findings
• Demonstrates effective team leadership by managing individual and team performance, coaching employees, and fostering engagement to ensure consistent execution and delivery
