• Oversee renewal activities across assigned areas, brokers, and agents to ensure alignment with company retention strategies
• Identify portfolio risk exposures and implement timely intervention strategies
• Analyze market conditions, competitor movements, pricing trends, and client behavior impacting renewals
• Prepare and present market intelligence and performance insights to senior leadership
• Recommend strategies to defend market share and protect revenue in competitive environments
• Translate renewal strategies into clear operational plans aligned with target market priorities
• Monitor results, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to achieve renewal objectives
• Conduct ongoing analysis to identify renewal risks, revenue leakage, and attrition drivers
