Job summary

IIX Global in Manila is seeking a VP of Performance Management & Learning Development. In this vital role, you will design and implement performance management and learning strategies that support staff growth aligned with IIX's mission. You will collaborate closely with HR and leadership to drive a performance-oriented culture while ensuring equitable feedback processes. A minimum of 10 years in HR with expertise in performance management frameworks and instructional design methodologies is required. Hybrid working conditions are available.

Qualifications

• 10-13 years of experience in HR, particularly in performance management and learning & development.
• Proven experience designing and operationalizing performance management frameworks.
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve IIX's performance management framework.
• Conduct training needs analyses to inform learning strategy.
• Facilitate key programs and coach internal subject matter experts.
