Job summary

VXI Global Solutions in the Philippines seeks a People and Culture Business Partner Officer to act as a trusted advisor to assigned business units, translating objectives into effective HR solutions and a positive work environment.

You will lead HR initiatives across employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and organizational change, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and fostering engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR/HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management and organizational change.
• Investigate grievances and ensure fair policy application.
• Support recruitment and candidate experience with talent acquisition teams.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve engagement and retention.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
• Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to mitigate risks.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs for managers and staff.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous service improvement.
