Job summary

Confidential is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to unify Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Experience in a high-volume BPO context. The role sits at the intersection of Operations, Workforce Management, and Client Services, reporting to the Chief People Officer.

On-site in Metro Manila, you will drive a data-driven, strategic HR partnership model, protect client SLAs, and steer the organization toward Employer of Choice during an aggressive global scale-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role directing the end-to-end HR lifecycle.
• Experience overseeing Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Learning & Development within a high-volume, SLA-driven BPO or contact center environment.
• Deep financial literacy and business acumen; comfortable managing a People P&L and aligning talent strategies with revenue and margin targets.
• High executive presence with the ability to influence a globally dispersed C-suite, external clients, and a 24/7 multi-site workforce.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a multi-year people strategy tied to revenue, delivery, and margin targets—acting as a business leader.
• Serve as a senior advisor on workforce cost, capacity, site strategy, and organizational risk; own the People P&L and departmental budget.
• Represent the People function in client QBRs, site visits, RFP/bid responses, and new logo pursuits with labor market insights.
