• Effective risk management for the Settlements and Reconciliations functions.
• Drive business initiatives and innovation to simplify processes while reducing risk exposure.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to navigate complex scenarios.
• Design and maintain efficient and effective controls that ensure timely and accurate outputs from the team.
• Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations support to ensure controls are carried out, reducing operational losses and reputational risk.
• Act as primary contact for the business and clients for escalation issues.
• Ensure dispute processes are aligned globally to mitigate risk and improve efficiency.
• Deliver quality customer service and meet Performance Level Agreement targets.
• Lead a cohesive team consistent with Group and Company policies; guide and support team members as a process specialist.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and quality within agreed timescales and procedures.
• Develop realistic strategies and action plans to address identified issues.
