Job summary

HSBC Philippines is seeking an experienced Manager, Collateral Services to lead the Collateral Dispute and Portfolio Reconciliation function. You will work with Business Partners across areas and coordinate with AVP/VP to ensure BAU processes align with PLA.

You will provide leadership and professional service, monitor performance, develop strategies to address gaps, and reassess operational risk. Knowledge of equity/fixed income OTC derivatives, FX, and ISDA/CSA is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops the Collateral Dispute and Portfolio Reconciliation function.
• Builds relationships with Business Partners across all areas.
• Shares knowledge with staff to improve BAU processes.
• Good understanding of financial products including OTC derivatives and FX; ISDA/CSA knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review margin call disputes and reconciliation breaks to a high standard.
• Escalate issues to operations management, front office and risk teams timely.
• Lead a cohesive, people-centric team and monitor productivity/quality.
• Develop action plans to address performance gaps and staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with PLA and corporate policies; address risks promptly.
