Responsibilities

• Structure and execute Debt Capital Markets transactions for the target client set.
• Develop and manage a team of managers in DCM.
• Assist SVP in handling complex financial arrangements and pricing decisions.
• Work with sector conduct due diligence and ensure closing of transactions and advisory mandates.
• Draft and review offer documents, transaction agreements and related docs.
• Coordinate pre-issue and post-issue activities.
• Liaise with regulators, stock exchanges, issuers and intermediaries for execution of transactions.
