Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a team of product managers and industry specialists within corporate finance.
• Originate business across all product lines; handle complex financial arrangements.
• Build profitable client relationships with corporate banking teams.
• Provide proactive client delivery ideas and ensure quality documentation.
• Mentor subordinates and peers in related areas.
• Execute and close transactions.
• Lead a team of 6–8 Corporate Finance professionals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of financial modeling and communication.
• Leverage domain knowledge in infrastructure, core sectors, and startups; M&A/PE exposure is a plus.
