Job summary

SBI Capital Markets Ltd. seeks a finance professional with an MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant background. The role involves project finance, infrastructure advisory, and corporate finance advisory for private and government clients, from origination to closure.

You will evaluate business plans, prepare IMs, and build financial models to assess risk and return, with strong emphasis on presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years relevant experience in a Financial Institution/Large Lenders/Financial Advisors.
• Experience in project finance, infrastructure advisory, and finance.
• Ability to evaluate business plans and prepare Information Memorandum (IM).
• Knowledge of financial modeling, presentations and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for project appraisal and risk analysis.
• Prepare Information Memorandum and financing documents.
• Structure capital, arrange syndication of funds, and assist in deal closure.
• Provide valuation and advisory support for M&A or PE initiatives.

MBA (Finance) Full time 2 yrs reputed Top B schools /Chartered Accountant

Experience

2-7 years Relevant experience in a Financial Institution/Large Lenders/Financial Advisors.

Domain Knowledge Competencies:

Part of team engaged in large and medium sized Project Finance, Infrastructure Advisory and Finance, Corporate Finance Advisory for Private and Government agencies involving Project appraisal, feasibility analysis, market analysis, capital & operating cost analysis, structuring of capital, Arrangement & Syndication of funds, Valuation and acquisition advisory, from origination to closure of the transaction.

The job will involve critically evaluating the business plan, preparing of Information Memorandum (IM), various financing documents, building financial model for evaluation, assessment and risk and mitigation thereof.

• Knowledge of financial modeling, Presentation & Communication skills.


• Domain knowledge and experience in Infrastructure, Core sectors and start up eco system would be an added advantage. Experience / exposure in M&A and PE will be an added advantage.
