You will analyze sectors, prepare pitch presentations, and support negotiations to source mandates. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, solid experience in capital markets products, client origination, end-to-end deal execution, and travel for meetings.

Qualifications

4 years+ of experience in core finance, valuations, financial modelling and financial statement analysis.
Experience across sectors with ability to analyze sectors, prepare pitch presentations and negotiate mandates.
Understanding and monitoring PE portfolios, IRR expectations.
Involved in end-to-end deal execution including IPOs, FPOs, rights issues, QIP, PE and M&A advisory.
Strong ability to develop client relationships and originate new business.

Responsibilities

Sector focused business development through corporate outreach and sponsor relationships.
Prepare pitch books and marketing materials.
Conduct financial modelling, valuations and business modeling.
Lead advisory transactions M&A/PE and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Travel for client meetings and pitches.
Utilize tools like Bloomberg, Factset and CapitalIQ for analysis.
