Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced VPs of manufacturing operations to help train our latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This remote role offers flexible hours and locations worldwide.

You will own production capacity planning, BOM packaging, and quality control processes, applying 5+ years in engineering or technical operations to create and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations with ownership of production capacity planning.
• Experience with bill of materials packages and quality control processes in regulated environments.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop production capacity models and bill of materials packages.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis and plan equipment maintenance.
