Job summary

Ethos is a remote-first platform backed by industry leaders, seeking experienced engineering, manufacturing, and technical operations leaders to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

You will own production capacity planning, bill of materials packages, and quality control processes, and craft high-quality documentation across workflows, with flexible remote scheduling (5–20 hours per week) and an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations, with direct ownership of production capacity planning, bill of materials packages, or quality control processes.
• Working knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and the supplier qualification standards used in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop production capacity models, BOM packages, RCFA reports, equipment maintenance schedules, QC checklists, and supplier qualification packages.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and technical operations teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
