Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced technical operations leads to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own production capacity planning and BOM packaging, refining AI-generated outputs across workflows such as capacity models, QA checklists, and supplier qualification packages.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5–20 hours per week or more) with a pay rate of $90 per hour. Start date is ASAP, with potential for additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations with ownership of production capacity planning, BOMs, or quality control processes.
• Experience with root cause analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Lead technical operations efforts to improve production capacity models, BOM packages, and QC checklists.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs through rigorous review and documentation.
