Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of manufacturing to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own production capacity planning, BOM packaging, and quality control processes, creating and refining AI-generated outputs.

We expect hands-on engineering and manufacturing leadership with expert documentation skills, applying them to production workflows, root cause analyses, and supplier qualification standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations with ownership of production capacity planning, BOM packages, or quality control processes.
• Working knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop production capacity models and BOM packages and contribute to quality control checklists and supplier qualification packages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and usefulness of outputs for training AI models.
