Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced customer success and support operations leader to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slides. You will own health-score models, renewals forecasting, and craft executive-ready decks and runbooks.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5–20+ per week) and the opportunity to shape AI-enabled client experiences for a B2B audience.

Qualifications

• Own health-score models and renewal forecasting for a B2B SaaS or services organization.
• Translate messy support and usage data into decks and runbooks trusted by executives and customers.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer success and support operations for AI-driven document tasks.
• Develop health-score dashboards and renewal risk scorecards.
• Create quarterly business review decks and escalation runbooks for executives.
