Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President of Client Account Management to lead day-to-day servicing strategy for a portfolio of institutional relationships. You will act as a senior escalation point for complex issues while driving service consistency, operational excellence, and strong risk management.

You will partner across investments, product, operations, technology, legal, compliance, risk, and business management to deliver scalable solutions that enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in asset management, asset servicing, institutional client service, or related financial services roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex client servicing operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing across multiple levels and functions.
• Experience leading organizational change and strategic initiatives.
• Solid understanding of institutional client servicing, risk and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of client account management professionals.
• Oversee client servicing activities across portfolios to deliver a high-quality experience.
• Serve as senior point of contact for complex client, regulatory, and reputational matters.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver coordinated outcomes.
• Drive servicing initiatives and operating model enhancements for scalability and controls.
• Establish and maintain service standards, governance, and control mechanisms.
• Lead complex client onboarding, transitions, and change initiatives.
• Oversee operational risk management, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze client feedback and metrics to inform decisions.
• Manage capacity planning, prioritization, and business continuity.
• Represent the function in governance forums and present updates to leadership.
