Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate degree required.
• 8+ years of asset management, servicing, or institutional client service.
• Ability to independently manage complex servicing activities and resolve issues.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience leading discussions, coordinating deliverables, and driving decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day servicing for assigned institutional client relationships.
• Manage complex client requests end-to-end with clear stakeholder communication.
• Provide SME across onboarding, maintenance, reporting, and billing coordination.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate with operations, product, legal, compliance, and technology to deliver outcomes.
• Lead client activities like account transitions and audits.
• Perform quality reviews ensuring accuracy and controls.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation actions in a timely manner.
• Support capacity planning, training, and development of juniors.
• Drive servicing lifecycle automation and process improvements.
• Participate in governance forums to advocate servicing needs.
