Job summary

Maier Vidorno Altios is seeking a Vice President – Commercial Operations to design, implement, and strengthen processes that support business development. You will work with the Head of Sales and CEO to pursue strategic opportunities, manage proposals, and ensure customer commitments are executed with robust MIS support.

Strengthen cross-functional coordination, institutionalize best practices, and build a scalable commercial organization focused on customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years’ experience in Business Operations or Commercial Operations.
• Experience in engineering, capital equipment, industrial automation, aerospace or defence sectors.
• Strong understanding of opportunity management, proposal development, and contract governance.
• Proven ability to implement CRM platforms and executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Opportunity Management: evaluate, prioritize and pursue strategic opportunities with internal stakeholders.
• Proposal & Commercial Governance: standardize responses to EOIs, RFIs, RFPs and RFQs.
• CRM, MIS & Key Account Management: develop and own CRM and commercial dashboards.
• Customer Success & Program Execution: coordinate handover to Operations and manage expectations.
• Process Improvement & Organizational Capability: build scalable commercial processes.
