Sagility in Quezon City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (Volume) to lead recruitment for operations, focusing on volume hiring and strategic staffing. The role will coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing demands in a high-volume environment.

You will design and implement assessment tools, conduct behavioral interviews, headhunt for senior roles, and build scalable processes while ensuring compliance and data security across the organization.

Formación

• At least 6 years of experience managing a recruitment function.
• Any bachelor's degree is acceptable.
• Able to assess promotions through interviews and review of performance appraisals.
• Able to forecast vacancies and implement manpower projections.
• Able to establish and improve information security policies and protect classified information.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategies for meeting manpower requirements
• Collaborate with the Business Development/ Account Management team/ Requisitioning Department in establishing specific manpower requirements, rates and timelines
• Source and implements appropriate assessment tools to ensure quality placement of talents / skills
• Contacts colleges or other institutions to arrange campus or on-site interviews. Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
• Manages the First steps orientation for new hires
• Interfaces and negotiates with clients regarding job specifications / requirements in relations to their present and future plans
• Conducts in-depth behavioural interviews and comes up with a profile on the \"fit\" of the candidate to any position within the organization or for promotion
• Provides key strategic advice and / or participates in decisions regarding the recruitment, selection and placement of key management and technical people
• Headhunts and builds manpower pool of seasoned and experienced candidates for the position she is handling
• Designs recruitment, selection and placement systems (SOPPs) that support the organization's business set-up
• Utilizes the following sourcing mechanisms:
• Creates a network for the accounts she is handling, e.g. membership to professional organizations, HR persons in other companies, and prospective candidates
• Designs job placements
