Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Volume Hiring to lead the recruiting strategy for Clark onsite operations in the Philippines. This role focuses on driving recruiters’ productivity, ensuring timely hiring, and maintaining 100% fill-rate for all requirements in a fast-paced BPO environment.

You will collaborate with service delivery, procurement, HR, and vendors, manage background checks, and develop strong stakeholder relationships while guiding a high-performing team

Qualifications

• Our most successful candidates will have: At least 3 to 5 years recruitment leadership experience.
• At least 5 years volume recruitment experience in a BPO setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting strategy to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Drive recruiters' productivity and 100% fill rate on time hires.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure 100% compliance for background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Procurement, HR, and vendors on hiring initiatives.
