Job summary

Neta Virtual Team is seeking a recruitment leader to scale driver and support staffing in the Philippines. You will own end-to-end processes from sourcing to onboarding and build scalable systems to repeat success.

You should have 3+ years in high-volume recruitment, a proven track record of hitting targets, and a strong network in logistics labor pools. This role reports to the operations lead and requires hands-on leadership as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in manpower, staffing, logistics, or high-volume hiring.
• Proven track record of meeting aggressive, high-volume recruitment targets.
• Strong sourcing instincts and a network in driver or logistics labor pools (major plus).
• Working knowledge of Philippine pre-employment compliance (NBI, medical, drug test, government IDs, contracts).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for driver and manpower roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Hit monthly placement targets (currently 20+ deployed drivers per month) and keep the pipeline ahead of client demand
• Build and work multiple sourcing channels: referrals and driver networks, social media and job boards, field and provincial sourcing, driving schools, and terminals
• Verify credentials: professional driver's license and restriction codes, NBI and police clearances, and other pre-employment requirements
• Coordinate pre-employment medical (PEME) and drug testing, plus government registration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN)
• Manage client requisitions: understand each client's role spec, route, and standards, and match candidates accordingly
• Track every candidate through the funnel in recruitment system and keep the data clean and current
• Own onboarding: documents, employment contracts, and first-day readiness
• Report weekly on pipeline health, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and placement quality
• Build, train, and lead a small sourcing team as the operation scales
