Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum requirement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional customer interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Reliability and punctuality with the willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage blended communication channels including email, chat, and other platforms to support customer needs.
• Document interactions accurately and thoroughly using company systems and databases.
• Provide product or service information to customers and assist with troubleshooting issues.
• Process transactions and orders whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialist departments when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor whilst managing high call volumes and multiple customer interactions.
• Participate in training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and service delivery skills.
