Job summary

AgileOne in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to identify and resolve discrepancies between contracts, hours, and bill rates in our VMS system. The role emphasizes accuracy and collaboration with internal departments and MSPs.

You will review weekly discrepancies, coordinate with branches, submit invoice adjustments, and ensure system data is up to date. 2 years accounting receivable experience is preferred and the position follows US time zones (PST/EST/CST).

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies weekly, ensuring alignment of bill rates and hours in the VMS system.
• Communicate weekly with Branch on all billing discrepancies.
• Track unresolved discrepancies and follow up with field for proper resolution.
• Submit invoice adjustments and re-bills based on research results and correct bill rates in the system.
• Ensure all systems are updated properly based on responses from branches.
• Assist other departments with documents related to VMS accounts.
