Job Purpose

The Visual Merchandise Assistant is the architect of the store’s atmosphere. You are responsible for transforming retail spaces into immersive brand experiences through high-impact window displays and strategic in-store layouts. By blending art with commerce, you will enhance brand appeal, highlight key collections, and directly influence store traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Execution: Design and install compelling window and interior displays that align with the brand’s seasonal themes and aesthetic standards.

• Space Optimization: Arrange lighting, fixtures, and mannequins to create an inviting customer journey and maximize product exposure.

• Store Synergy: Partner with store personnel to ensure that merchandise, signage, and promotional materials are executed accurately and on schedule.

• Event Support: Assist in the visual styling and setup of Suyen Corporation’s high-profile internal and external brand events.

• Brand Stewardship: Maintain the visual integrity of the store through regular site visits and real-time adjustments based on inventory changes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Fine Arts, Interior Design, or Fashion-related courses are a major plus).

• Passion: A keen eye for detail and a deep-seated interest in fashion, art, and retail trends.

• Communication: Fluent in both English and Filipino to effectively coordinate with diverse teams.

• Agility: Must be willing to travel across Metro Manila and work flexible hours (including weekends/overtime) to meet campaign launch deadlines.
