About the role

TEVIANT is seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team on a full-time basis in San Juan City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual displays and merchandise presentations that capture customer attention, drive sales, and reinforce our brand identity. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience and translating our brand vision into physical retail environments that inspire and engage our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create visually appealing window displays, in-store installations, and point-of-sale displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
• Plan and execute merchandise layouts to maximise visual impact, product visibility, and customer flow throughout the retail space
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to interpret campaign concepts and translate them into compelling visual presentations
• Ensure all displays comply with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Monitor and maintain the condition of displays, making necessary adjustments and refreshing visual elements to keep the retail environment current and engaging
• Stay informed about current retail trends, competitor displays, and customer preferences to inform creative decisions
• Manage inventory of display materials, props, signage, and visual merchandise assets
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure consistent application of visual merchandising standards across all locations
• Train and support retail staff on visual merchandising principles and best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar retail display role within the retail and consumer products industry
• Strong creative and artistic skills with an excellent eye for design, colour coordination, and spatial arrangement
• Proficiency in using design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar programmes
• Knowledge of retail display techniques, visual marketing principles, and current retail trends
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, work at heights, and lift and move display materials
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• Knowledge of brand management and merchandising best practices is highly desirable
